Acceptable Use Policy

Introduction

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs your use of VidCella and all AI video and image generation services provided through our platform. This policy exists to protect our users, third parties, and the integrity of our platform.

By accessing or using VidCella, you agree to comply with this AUP in addition to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Violation of this policy may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of your account, and may be reported to relevant law enforcement authorities.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use VidCella. By using our platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. We do not knowingly provide services to minors. If we become aware that a user is under 18, we will immediately terminate their account.

Prohibited Content

The following categories of content are strictly prohibited on VidCella. You may not use our platform to generate, upload, store, share, or distribute:

1. Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM)

Any content that sexually exploits, depicts, or endangers minors is absolutely prohibited. This includes:

• Sexual or sexualized depictions of individuals under 18 years of age
• Content that could be used to groom, exploit, or abuse minors
• Any content that violates laws protecting children from sexual exploitation

Violations will be reported immediately to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC), relevant law enforcement agencies, and applicable authorities. Zero tolerance — no exceptions.

2. Sexually Explicit and Adult Content

You may not use our platform to generate any sexually explicit, pornographic, or adult content. This prohibition applies regardless of whether the content involves real or fictional individuals, and regardless of any claimed consent. This includes:

• Nudity or partial nudity presented in a sexual context
• Depictions of sexual acts, whether explicit or implied
• Content designed to be sexually arousing or gratifying
• Suggestive or sexualized portrayals of any person or character

Our platform is strictly limited to non-sexual creative, professional, and entertainment use cases.

3. Non-Consensual Intimate Imagery (NCII)

In addition to the blanket prohibition on sexual content above, you may not generate any content that depicts real, identifiable individuals in sexual or intimate contexts. This includes:

• Deepfake pornography or sexualized content featuring real people
• Synthetic intimate imagery created to harass, humiliate, or harm specific individuals
• Content designed to simulate or imply sexual acts involving real persons

4. Violence and Harmful Content

You may not generate content that:

• Depicts graphic violence, torture, or gore intended to shock or harm
• Glorifies, promotes, or incites acts of violence against individuals or groups
• Depicts real or realistic violence against identifiable individuals
• Could be used to threaten, intimidate, or cause fear in specific persons

5. Hate Speech and Discrimination

You may not generate content that:

• Promotes hatred, discrimination, or violence based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics
• Dehumanizes individuals or groups through slurs, stereotypes, or degrading portrayals
• Incites or encourages others to engage in discriminatory acts

6. Harassment and Threats

You may not use our platform to:

• Generate content designed to harass, bully, stalk, or intimidate specific individuals
• Create threatening messages, videos, or imagery targeting real people
• Produce content intended to cause emotional distress to identifiable persons

7. Impersonation and Identity Fraud

You may not generate content that:

• Impersonates real individuals, public figures, or organizations in a deceptive or harmful manner
• Creates false impressions of endorsement, affiliation, or identity
• Is designed to deceive others about the identity or statements of real people

8. Disinformation and Deceptive Deepfakes

You may not generate content that:

• Fabricates statements, actions, or events attributed to real individuals with intent to deceive
• Creates synthetic media designed to spread false information about real events or people
• Is intended to manipulate public opinion, elections, or democratic processes through deception

9. Copyright and Intellectual Property Infringement

You may not generate content that:

• Reproduces, imitates, or closely replicates copyrighted characters, brands, or creative works without authorization
• Infringes on the intellectual property rights of third parties
• Is designed to circumvent copyright protections or pass off AI-generated content as original human-created work belonging to others

10. Illegal Content and Activities

You may not use our platform to generate content that:

• Violates any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation
• Facilitates, promotes, or instructs in illegal activities
• Constitutes defamation, libel, or slander under applicable law

Prohibited Uses

Beyond prohibited content, the following uses of our platform are also forbidden:

• Automated abuse: Using bots, scripts, or automated tools to generate content at scale for spam, manipulation, or platform abuse
• Circumventing limits: Attempting to bypass usage quotas, rate limits, content filters, or safety systems
• Credential sharing: Sharing account credentials to allow unauthorized users to access the platform
• Reselling without authorization: Reselling or redistributing platform access or generated content in violation of our Terms of Service
• Competitive intelligence: Using the platform to reverse-engineer, benchmark, or replicate our AI models or infrastructure
• Interference: Taking any action that disrupts, degrades, or interferes with the performance or security of the platform

Automated Content Moderation

Our platform runs a content moderator on every generation request. Prompts and outputs are automatically screened against the prohibited content categories listed above before results are delivered. Attempts to circumvent or manipulate this system are a violation of this policy.

Enforcement

We reserve the right to take any of the following actions in response to violations of this AUP:

• Content removal: Immediate deletion of violating content without notice
• Account suspension: Temporary suspension of your account pending investigation
• Permanent termination: Permanent ban from the platform with no refund of unused credits
• Legal action: Pursuit of civil or criminal legal remedies where applicable
• Law enforcement referral: Reporting violations — particularly CSAM and credible threats of violence — to relevant law enforcement agencies and regulatory bodies

We may act on violations proactively (through automated detection) or reactively (in response to reports). We are not obligated to provide advance notice before taking enforcement action.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this AUP at any time to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements, or community standards. Updates take effect immediately upon posting. Your continued use of VidCella after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.
